  • Both mentors and mentees agree to maintain the confidentiality of information shared during mentoring sessions.

  • Mentees are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such materials for personal and educational purposes.

  • Refunds for terminated services will be provided based on the terms agreed upon during the initial consultation.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Cyber Professional Services and its mentors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
